Adding your license information on Cloud Dentistry is an essential step to ensure your profile is complete and ready for practice connections. An active license is required for the following specialties: hygienists, dentists, and specialists.
Here’s how you can do it:
Log into Your Account: Begin by logging into your Cloud Dentistry account.
Navigate to Your Dashboard: Once logged in, head to your dashboard.
Activate My Profile Checklist: Under the "Activate my Profile" section, find and select the checklist.
Enter License Details: Click on "Licensure number" and enter your license number along with the state(s) where you are licensed. If you are licensed in multiple states, please provide the applicable license number and state for each.
Review and Verification: After entering your license information, allow 24-48 hours for our team to review and verify your license.
By completing this step, you ensure that your profile is up to date and meets the necessary licensure requirements for hygienists, dentists, and specialists.
Please note: If your name does not match the name on your state license, Cloud Dentistry may ask for additional documentation.
