How do I cancel a booking I cannot attend?

If you are unable to attend a confirmed booking request, we ask that you cancel the assignment ASAP via the Cloud Dentistry platform. You may cancel the booking by going to your "bookings" tab and clicking the red "cancel" button next to the booking you cannot attend.

You may also message the office but we require you to cancel via the platform first to ensure the office is notified via their preferred method of communication. Failure to cancel the booking through the platform could result in the assignment being marked as a "no-show".
