Continuing education: Upon entering my email to download my certificate, I am receiving an "Email not recognized" error.

I am having trouble downloading the continuing education certificate. I am getting an error when downloading the certificate.

If your email is not recognized, it may mean that you have already downloaded the certificate in the past, as your email grants you one-time access to your certificate. To resolve this issue, please leave your first and last name below as you would like it to appear on your certificate. We will request to have your email re-added to the course and will email you the certificate when it's ready in 5-7 days.
