Run Moderation

Define the scope of a moderation run

One-time moderation

Run a one-time moderation job on a selected set of assets. This allows you to review existing content in bulk using your moderation rules.

Define the scope of the run and choose which rules to apply. Once started, the process runs on demand for the selected assets.

How it works:

  1. Filter assets by folder, tags, or metadata

  2. Preview and select assets, individually or in bulk

  3. Choose which rules to apply for this run

  4. Click Done to start the moderation process

πŸ’‘ Tracking your moderation runs

All one-time moderation runs are saved under Activity > Moderation Runs, where you can track their status, review the results, and stop if needed.

Ongoing moderation (run automatically on triggers)

Set up automated moderation that runs continuously as new assets are uploaded. This allows you to enforce moderation rules in real time without manual intervention.

Define when moderation should run, which assets it should apply to, and which rules should be enforced. Once configured, moderation runs automatically in the background.

How it works:

  • Choose On upload as the trigger to run moderation when new assets are added

  • Define the scope by selecting the relevant folder (including subfolders)

  • Choose whether to filter the assets by tag(s)

  • Select the rules to apply

  • Review the configuration and confirm to activate the job

πŸ’‘ Managing your automations

All configured automatic moderation runs are saved under Activity > Automations, where you can view, manage, and stop them at any time.
