Use scheduled reports to email signing updates automatically. Every delivery uses each recipient’s current document access.

Create a schedule

  1. Open Reports and find Scheduled reports.

  2. Select Schedule a report.

  3. Enter a Schedule name.

  4. Choose Daily or Weekly. For a weekly report, choose the Day of the week.

  5. Set the Delivery time and Time zone.

  6. Review the Team filter. Set Created from (optional) and Created through (optional) if needed.

  7. Select the Report recipients, then select Save schedule.

A new schedule starts with the filters currently selected in Reports. Check them before saving. Date filters use document creation dates.

Delivery follows the selected local time, including daylight saving changes. For example, choose America/Toronto for Toronto local time.

Choose the frequency, delivery time, time zone, and report filters.

Check delivery

The schedule shows its frequency, time zone, recipients, and status. An active registered schedule also shows Next delivery.

Expand Delivery history to see previous deliveries and errors. Recipients can receive different totals because their document access can differ.

Change or stop a schedule

  • Select Edit schedule to change recipients, filters, or timing.

  • Select Pause to stop future deliveries temporarily.

  • Select Resume to restart a paused or failed schedule.

  • Select Delete, then confirm with Delete schedule, to remove the schedule.

Deleting a schedule keeps reports already delivered. If a recipient appears as Former workspace member, edit the schedule and update its recipients.
