What happens when I cancel a subscription?

All you need to know about post subscription cancellations

Updated over a week ago

If you're thinking about canceling a Creator membership on Club, it's important to understand how the cancellation process works and what happens to your access.

Do I Still Get Access After I Cancel? 👀

Yes! If you cancel a membership, you’ll retain full access to the Creator’s content, including private media and chat functionality, until the end of your current billing period.

Your monthly billing period is based on your original payment, so your membership will remain active until that next scheduled billing date.

💡 If you subscribed on the 10th of the month and cancel on the 20th, you’ll still have full access until the 10th of the following month.

After your current billing cycle ends you will not be billed again and your membership access will expire. You will lose access to:

  • The Creator's exclusive content

  • Private messages or chat functionality (unless creator specifically allows it)

  • Any perks tied to being an active member

Can I Rejoin Later? 🔄

Absolutely! You’re welcome to resubscribe to the Creator at any time. If they’re still active on Club, you can restart your membership from their profile page.

Please note: Canceling a subscription only prevents future billing—it does not issue a refund for the current period. You’ll always receive the full value of the membership you’ve already paid for.
