There is now the option to give fans a chance to view your account for free for a limited amount of time, and hopefully this will lead to them becoming full time paying fans!
In order to do this you can follow these instructions:
Go to your account and choose the '=' option in the top right hand corner
From here click 'Your membership price'.
You will be taken to the follow screens where you can activate the free trial and decide on the length of time you would like to offer it for.

When someone signs up for the free trial you can see this on your list of active fans. In the screen shot below the top example is showing the name of the fan as well as the date they will be on free trial until:
