Creating collections and displaying them to members

Collections let you group related content together so subscribers can browse a curated set of recipes, videos, or posts in one place.

Creating a collection

Go to the Content tab, select Collections from the dropdown, and click to create a new one.

Smart vs Manual collections

  • Smart collection β€” automatically includes any content that matches your chosen tag criteria. New matching content is added automatically

  • Manual collection β€” you hand-pick exactly which content is included. It only updates when you manually add or remove items

For smart collections, content can be matched using any of the selected tags, or all of them. Choose the logic that fits your use case.

Ordering content

You can control the order content appears in a collection. Options are: Newest first, Oldest first, Random, or Manual (drag-and-drop).

Making collections discoverable

Collections do not appear on your site automatically. You need to add them in the Design tab. There are two ways to feature a collection:

  • Collection block β€” shows all items within one collection

  • Collection List block β€” shows the cover images of multiple collections side by side, so subscribers can click into whichever interests them

Tip: Cover images appear as the card thumbnail when linking to a collection, as a full-width banner on desktop, and at 4:3 ratio on mobile and in the app.
