🚀 How to set it up
1. Open a campaign and go to the Email tab
You’ll see two key areas:
The Autoresponder (sent immediately after form submission)
The Nurture Email Sequence (follow-up emails)
2. Edit or activate the Autoresponder
This is pre-written for you—but you can personalise it and send yourself a test. Don’t forget to turn on the Active toggle when you’re ready.
3. Create your nurture email sequence
Click New Email and:
Give it a name (for your reference)
Add a subject line
Choose a leaflet the email will be based on
Use AI to generate your email content
Click Save
Click Activate
Repeat this to add as many emails as you like. You can drag and drop to reorder them.
4. Go to the Scheduler tab
Scroll to the Email Scheduler section and:
Choose when your sequence should start
Set your email frequency (e.g. daily, every 3 days, weekly, etc.)
(Coming soon) Set the time of day (aligned with your time zone)
Click Activate Emails
You’re done! From now on, anyone who signs up through that campaign will automatically receive the emails you’ve scheduled.

Do I need to use the autoresponder?
No, but it’s recommended—it gives an instant response and includes a link to your campaign’s success page.
Can I use this with any campaign?
Yes—every Co-Kinetic campaign has this feature built in.
Can I preview or edit the AI-written emails?
Absolutely. Every email is fully editable before you save and activate it.
