Spring has sprung and so too, has our May release! This release reflects our commitment to iterative enhancements to our platform as well as an exciting launch of our new Alkami digital banking integration.

Additionally, we want to inform you of an upcoming change to our release schedule. Starting in June our release notes will be shared on the second Wednesday of every month, allowing you two weeks of applicable training and testing time before we push updates live.

We’ve introduced “Custom Reports” in Advanced Analytics to simplify data extraction. This new feature mirrors the functionality of Reports, offering easy to use filters, dimensions, and similar data aggregation. You can now generate and export data from Advanced Analytics itself, eliminating the need to switch to the Reports tab to obtain the required data.

This feature will be automatically enabled for all Advanced Analytics users.

We’ve made improvements to the co-browse experience within Coconut Connect. These updates help to create a more robust experience related to participants joining and leaving the meeting while a co-browsing session is in progress.

These enhancements will be automatically enabled for all Coconut Connect users.
