If you're having trouble logging in, check to ensure that you're using the correct username and password. If the issue persists, use the 'Forgot Password' feature to reset your password.
Can't Start an Assessment
Ensure that all required fields in your profile have been filled out. If the assessment still doesn't start, refresh your browser or try a different one.
Can't See Assessment Results
Results may take a few minutes to process after completing an assessment. If you still can't see your results after a while, log out and log back in.
