This feature provides a comprehensive overview of all participants in your organization, allowing you to effectively manage and gain insights into each individual’s assessment progress.
Here’s what you can do in this tab:
Search for a Specific Participant: Simply click on the search field, type in the participant’s name, and select the correct result from the dropdown list that appears.
Download a Progress Report: You can download an Excel report that details the progress of all active participants. To do this, click on the download icon located next to the search field.
Participants Counter: At the top center of the tab, you can see the total number of participants, as well as how many are active or archived.
Access Individual Assessment Data: To view a participant’s assessment data, click on their name, which will be displayed in blue. If a participant’s name is in plain text, it means they are either archived or there is no assessment data available for them.
Sort Data Fields: You can sort the data in the table by clicking on the headers of each column.
Add and Invite a Participant: To add a new participant, click on the ‘Add participant’ button and follow the prompts to invite them.
Archive or Unarchive a Participant: If you need to archive or unarchive a participant, click on the ‘Archive/Unarchive’ button next to their name.
Remove a Participant: If you need to remove a participant from the system, click on the ‘Remove’ button next to their name.
User Type Definitions
Active users Requires a license and are the core participants whose assessment data contributes to organizational competency metrics.
Archived users Doesn't require a license and data remains in the system but does not contribute to shared metrics.
Administrative users Requires a license and are active users with additional management permissions.
