This section allows you to evaluate your organization’s performance and accomplishments using the CogniSense star rating system.
Here’s what you can do in this tab:
View Incomplete Assessments: This feature allows you to see which participants have not yet completed their assessments. This can help you identify who may need additional support or reminders to complete their requirements.
Identify Participants Needing Improvement: This feature highlights participants who may need to improve in certain areas. By identifying these individuals, you can provide targeted support and resources to help them improve.
Notify Participants Based on Organizational Ratings Progress: This feature allows you to send email notifications to participants based on the progress of your organization’s ratings. This can be a great way to keep everyone informed about the organization’s performance and motivate them to contribute for the overall rating of the organization.
Click the star rating description to expand the grid. In this grid, you’ll be able to see the users who are lagging behind or not meeting the star rating requirement.
Click 'Email users' then select participants if necessary to notify to complete assessments.
