✅ Introducing our new Cogniss Help Centre (welcome)! Our new web portal provides a central place for Cogniss app creators to learn how to use Cogniss, discover new and exciting ways to use our new and existing features and most importantly, bring your apps to life. ✅ A new SLIDER question type within the Content & Survey activity template has been added which gives more control & flexibility to app creators on numeric scale-based inputs and an improved user experience in answering these questions. ✅ You can now download a spreadsheet containing a snapshot of your app’s content overview - subjects, topics, activities, IDs and tags - this makes it easier to manage and maintain larger volumes of content and makes creating sophisticated CML a breeze. To access this spreadsheet for your app, in Creator, navigate to CONTENT > Overview tab and click download. Easy.
✅ Last release we debuted our new Create your story activity template, this release enhances that template with further performance improvements to ensure users are able to dive in as quickly as possible as well as a new story builder content editor making creating new activities with this template quick and easy enough for anyone to use.
👍 Other notable improvements & updates:
Profile groups have been added to user profile information when creating your app, allowing you to group like-data together and better communicate to your users the purpose for the profile information being gathered.
Improved media support in our Card Sorter activity templates (Island, Picnic & Fishing) - these mini game activity templates now support text, image & audio and combinations of all three.
Additional template variations & view customisations allow you to further customise the user's experience within your content when using the Content and Survey activity template to deliver core app information.
Our SCORM activity template has had improvements and enhancements to make it quicker and easier to add new external modules into your app.
Ongoing improvements to Cogniss Creator interface to increase usability and stability of our advanced app builder.
