✅ Cogniss Friends & Share activity
The Cogniss Friends functionality is now back! Social engagement is a great way to retain user engagement. Let your users connect with their friends and give them the ability to share activities through your app.
📌 To enable the Friends feature, head to Creator Settings → Footer Profile button → Use Friends
📌 To enable the Community forum, go to Creator Settings → Footer → News button
✅ Cogniss Voucher update
This release introduces two exciting updates to the Cogniss Voucher feature:
Updated app access: You can give your users vouchers to restrict access to specific apps published within your organization’s super app.
New redeem points system: This new voucher functionality allows users to redeem points by scanning QR code vouchers with their Cogniss apps. As the app admin, you can create vouchers that will transact rewards such as in-app Currency.
Other notable improvements & updates:
Improved experience for activity creation: We’ve updated key Cogniss terminology – "Question" is now called "Content Block". We’ve also simplified existing options such as Engine type.
Added a sample app template: You now have the option to create a new app from scratch or from a pre-filled sample template.
Updated Insights access: If you prefer not to show the Insights option in your app, you can turn it off for both the web app and mobile app.
Added new Option Display for Multiselect type: The Survey template now supports a new checkbox display. You can use this as a form of user consent or a checklist for tasks.
Updated Feedback feature: The Call-To-Action button label is now configurable.
Refinements & bug fixes
Updated Expo SDK: If you use Expo to view and test apps, the updated SDK will now allow you to regain access to your apps.
Fixed Views editing bugs.
Refined the Profile setup page: Custom Date field bug, Text fields missing when editing avatar.
Fixed Survey bugs: This includes the long text response layout issue, button overlap, Multiselect icon, and grid view label
Improved cloning functionality to support the cloning of complex apps
Improved the app creation experience for the notification scheduler
Updated Shop functionality to purchase avatar pieces
Improved mobile badge screen to support hyperlink
