🌟 Highlights
✅ Dashboard redesign
The redesigned Dashboard page in Creator serves to better educate and provide context for each widget’s functionality. You can now browse and filter through a list of widgets and add the appropriate ones to your app(s) based on the experience you want your users to go through. This redesign also simplifies what you see on the Dashboard page and reduces the time it takes to create apps.
✅ Super App updates
There are a number of updates to enhance the user experience for Super App environments:
📌 Customize the discoverability of your apps by making them private in order to restrict public access. Private apps can only be viewed and edited by App admins and Platform admins. You can still give access to non-admins by providing them with the app’s QR code.
📌 Simplify the point of entry to your Super App on the web. This is similar to the current user experience on mobile.
📌 Show users their recent or previously accessed apps within your Super App on the web by using the new My Apps Dashboard widget.
📌 Take your users directly to a specific sub-app using unique Voucher codes and shorten their login process.
✅ Cogniss Academy integration within the platform
You can now access Cogniss Academy from the top right corner of Cogniss Community for web. The academy is a great platform for you to revisit app creation fundamentals.
✅ QR code to locate mobile apps
While making edits to your app on Creator, you can now easily launch it in Cogniss Community mobile to view the changes. Simply scan the QR code on your Creator home page to launch your mobile app automatically.
📌 Launch Cogniss Community on your mobile and tap on the top left icon to access the QR code scanner. On your computer, head to your app at https://community.cogniss.com/creator. Then, scan the unique QR code to automatically open up your app on mobile.
Other notable improvements & updates:
Enhanced readability for Feedback and My Responses page: Content, questions, and users’ responses are now visually grouped on the Activity page for better readability.
Added Activity-based filter in Insights: Previously, you could only filter the data by Status and Subject. Now, you can also filter by Activity.
Changed access to user information: App admins can no longer view users’ account details (ie. username and email address). This access is restricted to platform admins only.
Hidden enterprise and legacy Dashboard widgets: App admins and non-app admins will no longer have access to Dashboard widgets that are exclusive to enterprise customers.
Refinements & bug fixes
Refined the User Profile page to only show data that users have provided.
Updated User Profile Insights page to hide profile fields that have been disabled.
Fixed Activity feature image header issue.
Fixed selection state for Survey-type questions on web.
Fixed overlapping button issue on android.
Updated the archiving process such that all content in archived subjects, topics, and activities will be removed.
Fixed Newsfeed adding and deleting comment bug.
Fixed blank screen issues in Studio.
Fixed empty Featured Activity widget bug.
Updated Super App so that hidden apps will not be visible on My App (My solutions).
Fixed Vouchers page issue on Creator.
Fixed confirmation page for Voucher access layout.
