While we are working on a direct integration with Canvas soon, this method allows you to easily use CoGrader through Google Drive for now.
Step 1: Access Your Google Assignments in Google Drive
When using Google Assignments LTI, the assignments created are automatically stored in Google Drive. To locate them:
• Go to your Google Drive.
• Find the “Assignments” folder. Inside, you’ll see subfolders for each course, where the student submissions are stored as Google Docs or other supported formats.
If you can't find the folder, you can also access it by going through the assignments:
Step 2: Bulk Upload to CoGrader
After accessing the assignment folder:
• Select all student submissions.
• Upload these files directly to CoGrader by using the bulk upload feature.
• For more details on bulk uploading from Google Drive, refer to this guide).
Step 3: Review and Approve
Once CoGrader completes grading:
• Review the feedback and grades.
• Make any necessary edits or revisions before finalizing.
• Download feedback and grades to PDF or print.
FAQ:
Do teachers need to use SpeedGrader for CoGrader to work?
No. While SpeedGrader is commonly used within Canvas, CoGrader directly supports integration with Google Assignments LTI, allowing you to manage submissions via Google Drive without relying on SpeedGrader.
