Your account must be at Tier 1 before you can request an upgrade to Tier 2.

How to Upgrade Your Account to Tier 2:
Click on your profile image in the top right hand corner.
Click on "My Account".
Click on the "Edit" button.
Click on the "Verify" button, located in the "Unlock Tier 2" panel.
You will be required to complete a Facematch check to upgrade your account to Tier 2.
Complete the Facematch check.
Once the Facematch check is complete, our onboarding team will review the results and, if successful, upgrade your account to Tier 2.
For brand new accounts, the Tier 2 upgrade may take up to 7 days to be approved.
