Enabling Accounts Filters

How to Enable Account Filters

1. Click Settings, from the drop down menu.
2. Select Filters from the list on the right.
​3. Check the box to enable advanced filters

4. Go back to your Main Screen then,
5. Click on Accounts to see the default filters,

  • All shows all the contacts listed in your accounting software

  • Pending Approval shows accounts whose next step is manual and ready to go; this includes manual send emails and sms, and calls to be made.

  • Idle shows accounts that have reached the end of their current workflow.

  • +30d overdue includes all accounts which have an invoice aged over 30 days.

  • +60d overdue includes all accounts which have an invoice aged over 60 days.

  • +90d overdue includes all accounts which have an invoice aged over 90 days.

Note: If the default filters do not appear under Accounts immediately, try refreshing your screen.
