Upload and manage campaign media in Comarketing Mode to give partners everything they need to promote your business.

Overview

In Comarketing Mode, your Media Library is where you upload the content partners will use to promote your business: videos, images, emails, and social posts.

Adding your media ensures partners can launch campaigns quickly and keep your branding consistent across every promotion.


Why it Matters

Uploading your campaign materials ahead of time helps you:

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging

  • Give Earners ready-to-share content

  • Reduce setup time for new campaigns

⚠️ Heads up: If you plan to connect your media to a conversion campaign, set up conversion tracking first.


How to Add Media

Adding Media

  1. In Comarketing Mode, click Media in your left-hand menu.

  2. Choose your media type: Video, Image, Email, or Social Media Post.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Select the URL or site being promoted.

  5. Upload your file(s) and give each one a clear, descriptive name.

  6. Click Save.

💡 Tip: Add at least one image or social post per campaign so Earners can start promoting you immediately.


How to Edit or Delete Media

Editing Media

  • Click the pencil icon beside the file.

  • Update the name, tracking URL, or replace the file.

  • Click Update to save changes.

Deleting Media

  • Click the trash can icon next to the file you want to remove.


Best Practices

  • Use short, descriptive file names (e.g., “Book Sale – Instagram Reel 1”).

  • Match each piece of media to the correct tracked URL.

  • Include clear calls to action in your assets or captions.

  • Keep content social-friendly and on-brand.


Next Steps

Once your media is uploaded, you can:

  • Attach it to campaign invitations you send to partners

  • Include it in Discoverable Campaigns so Earners can promote you instantly
