How to Access and Use Media to Promote Your Partners

Learn how to find, download, and use the media your partners share—like social media posts, images, videos, and emails—to promote their business and track your results.

Overview

In Earn Mode, you can promote your partners’ businesses using the media they share with you through comarketing—like social media posts, images, videos, and emails.


Downloading media alone doesn’t track results — conversions are only recorded when you share your media with your unique comarketing link


Why It Matters

Using media from your partners helps you:

  • Promote confidently with pre-approved, on-brand content

  • Save time creating social media posts and emails from scratch

  • Ensure your results tracked accurately when your unique link is used

💡 Tip: Media is added by your partners in Comarketing Mode and becomes available to you once you’ve joined their campaign or promotion.


How to Find and Download Media

If a campaign includes media, you’ll see it right after accepting the promotion on the Success Page, along with your unique referral link.


You can also access your materials anytime through your account—there are multiple ways to find and download media depending on where you are in the app.

Using the Media Tab

  1. In Earn Mode, click Media in your left-hand menu.

  2. Use filters to locate content for a specific campaign or website.

  3. Switch between Videos, Images, Emails, & Social Media Posts using the tabs at the top.

  4. Click the download icon to save any file to your device.

Using Media in the Promotions Tab

You can also view media directly from your active promotions:

  1. Click Promotions in the left-hand menu.

  2. Locate the promotion you’ve joined.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) under the Actions column.

  4. Select View Agreement Details to view and download your partner’s media.


How to Use Media to Promote Your Partners

Once you’ve downloaded your partner’s materials, you’re ready to put them to use.

For social media, partners often label content for specific platforms (e.g., “social post IG”). Follow those labels to know where each post is intended to be shared.

💡Some posts include both the caption and visual together; others list them separately in the Social Media Posts, Images, or Videos tabs.

Follow these steps to promote effectively

  1. Check the platform label – Post your content on the platform specified by your partner (example: IG, FB, TikTok, etc.).

  2. Add a visual – Upload the image or video that goes with the caption.

    • If the social media post already includes a visual, use that exact file.

    • If not, pair it with a related image or video from the Images or Videos tab.

  3. Copy the text

    • For social media posts, paste the caption text provided.

    • For emails, copy the message and send it to your contacts.

  4. Insert your referral link – Replace any placeholder text (like [affiliate link] or Insert your link here) with your unique comarketing link from the Promotions tab.

  5. Share or send – Publish your post or email!

Your referral link ensures your results are tracked and credited correctly—be sure to include it every time you share.

Once you’re comfortable using your partner’s media, keep these best practices in mind to make your promotions more effective and trackable:

  • Always pair your media with your unique comarketing link before sharing.

  • Personalize captions if you’d like—but never remove or replace your link.

  • Stay consistent with posting for stronger reach and conversion results.
