How to Grow in Real Estate (Earn Mode)

If you’re sending leads and seeing consistent payouts, the next step is to lean into what's working.

You don’t control how many transactions your clients have, and you can't force opportunities where they don’t exist.

What you can control is how many earning lanes are available when client needs come up.

Add More Home Service Partners

More industries create more opportunities.

Look into:

  • What recommendations you're frequently asked for

  • Which industries are performing well

Then add more partners in categories your clients (and listings) regularly need.

Invite businesses you already trust, or expand into industries that naturally surface during a home sale.

When you fill your preferred partner program with partners across industries, it means that when a need arises, you've have a partner to handle it.

Partner Finder

If you prefer not to handle the outreach and onboarding yourself, you can activate Partner Finder to automate the process.

It locates businesses in your target industries and markets, initiates outreach, and sends partnership invitations on your behalf.

Add More Volume

Increase earnings without increasing transactions.

When you’re connecting a client with one partner, look at the bigger picture: If they need a paint job, they may also need flooring, window cleaning, landscaping, HVAC, or electrical work.

When it makes sense, connect them with additional partners in non-overlapping service categories.

You become the go-to for all things home related (even after the sale) because you're connected.

How to Grow in Home Services (Comarketing Mode)

If you’re receiving leads and your numbers make sense, it's time to expand.

You’re here because:

  • Lead quality is strong

  • Your Return on Comarketing Spend (ROCS) is high

  • Your CAC + Conversion Rates make sense

The goal now is to increase opportunity!

Add More Real Estate Partners

If one strong partner is working, two can work.

If two are working, three likely will!

More partners in your market means:

  • More entry points into your pipeline

  • More opportunities for homeowners to enter your ecosystem

  • More volume

You can invite agents you already know, or activate Partner Finder to locate and onboard new partners automatically.

Prefer not to handle the outreach and onboarding? Activate Partner Finder. Partner Finder is your AI outreach assistant to automate the process.

It locates businesses in your target industries and markets, initiates and follows up on conversations, and sends partnership invitations on your behalf.

Deepen Existing Partnerships

Once you’ve expanded your partner base, look at:

  • Which partners are sending consistent, qualified leads

  • Where your ROCS is strongest

Increase Campaign Budgets

If the numbers work and you’re consistently reaching your monthly cap, request to increase the budget on those agreements.

Deepen Relationships

If you’re not hitting the cap but want more leads from a specific partner, increase visibility instead.

Reach out to your point of contact on the team and ask about:

  • Hosting a lunch & learn

  • Dropping into a team meeting

  • Running a short mastermind session

  • Having them send an email highlighting you with your lead form link

Make Sure All Services are Listed

Agents can’t request what they can’t see. Double check that each service you offer is reflected in your agreements and account settings!

1. Confirm What's Visible

In Campaigns, open an agreement, click the ⋯ under Actions, and select View Agreement Details.


This shows the exact services and pricing your partner has access to under that agreement (if you pay per lead).

Then head to Profile → Defaults.


Here you can review your existing categories, the services within them, and the corresponding pricing.

Your defaults sync to every invitation; meaning the services listed there are what new partners can request/send leads for once an agreement is active.

2. Update Services or Pricing (if needed)

If something is missing, add it through the calculator or directly in defaults.

Changes must be approved in your profile's Defaults.

If you don’t submit them, they'll remain pending in your account and won’t be sent to your partners.

Once submitted and accepted by your partners, your updated services appear in their programs and can be requested.


Rev Share

Rev Share is available to all users!

You earn through Rev Share when someone you invite to comarketing becomes an active spender by:

  • sending or receiving leads

  • upgrading their subscription

Even if you're not partnered!

You earn not when they join, but when they spend.

If the platform is working for you, introduce it to partners who would benefit from the same model. As they grow, your earnings grow with them.
