I have plotted 2 metrics on the graph, on a particular day the absolute value for the first metric is lower but it is showing higher on the graph. This seems to be a bug.

When there are two metrics plotted on the graph, we create 2 Y-axes to accommodate different scales of the two metrics. Due to the presence of different axes, the value of a metric might be low but could show higher on the graph. This is a standard practice while plotting 2 or more different trend lines on the same graph.


How many trendlines can I plot at any given point in time?

3 trend lines can be plotted at any given point in time.


I want to see data of more metrics on the dashboard?

I see that one of my brands is the top losers, how do I double click to understand the cause of this dip?

If you want to dive deep into the performance of any particular brand , you can add the same brand to the top-level filter. This pivots the entire dashboard to the selected brand. You will be able to see the trends of business metrics for the selected brand.


How do I check the top drivers for metrics other than OPS?

Any of the 50 metrics can be selected using the drop-down shown below.


Can I check top drivers for levels other than SKUs?

Using the drop-down shown in the screenshot you can choose any entity either from your internal taxonomy or from Amazon Categorisation.

You have the ability to view drivers of performance by any entity like brand, business unit, category etc depending on how the taxonomy is built.


How are the default entities selected?

The top 4 entities by OPS are plotted by default. More can be added using the icon shown in the screenshot.

The selected entities can be changed by clicking the entity name from the section shown in the screenshot.


How can I benchmark my brands against the competitor brands?

To benchmark your brands against the competitor brands select brands from the Amazon categorisation from the option shown in the screenshot. Yours and the competitor brands will be available for selection. Only SoV metrics will be available for the competitor brands.
