Getting Started
To access Subcontractor Search:
Navigate to the menu tab.
Click on Subcontractor Search.
Applying Filters
Users can refine their search by applying multiple filters located on the left of the main screen. These filters help narrow down subcontractor search results effectively.
Available Filters
Country, Province/State:
Choose a country from a dropdown menu to filter subcontractors by location.
Further refine the search by selecting a specific province or state. Selected regions will display a flag in the results column.
Q Score:
Filter subcontractors by Q Score ranges or "N/A" (not assigned). Check the desired range(s) to display subcontractors matching the selection.

Qualification Status:
Filter by up to five qualification statuses by checking the relevant boxes.

Tag:
Use the tag search bar or dropdown list to filter by user-created tags. Tags remain attached to subcontractor profiles even if the qualification request is completed or removed.

Authorization Status:
Filter by whether subcontractors have authorized the general contractor to view their financial data.
Authorized: The GC can view financial data.
Unauthorized: The GC cannot view financial data.
Submission Date:
Filter subcontractors by submission date with options like "Show All Dates," "2 Days," "7 Days," "30 Days," or "Year to Date."
Trades:
Search by subcontractor primary and secondary trades based on MasterFormat 2016. Subcontractors can select up to five top-level trades and specify secondary levels during registration.
Union Status:
Filter by Union or Non-Union subcontractors.
Diversity Certifications:
Choose from 12 diversity certifications or "Other" to identify subcontractors with specific certifications. Multiple selections are allowed.
Account Statuses:
Filter by account status:
Claimed Account: Active company account with users.
Unclaimed Account: Company with no users attached.
Inactive Account: Company indicated as no longer active.
Export Options
Export:
Download a CSV copy of the search results. Note: Export is limited to the current page view.
Invite to Qualify:
Use the "Invite to Qualify" button to invite subcontractors to qualify. For more details, visit Inviting a Subcontractor to Qualify.

Subcontractor Search Table
Users can sort and interact with the Subcontractor Search Table using various columns:
Subcontractor (Sortable): Sort by subcontractor name alphabetically.
Tags (Non-Sortable): Displays user-created tags.
Q Score (Sortable): Sort subcontractors by Q Score from strongest (1.0) to weakest (7.9).
Single Limit (Sortable): Sort by single contract limit from lowest to highest.
Aggregate Limit (Sortable): Sort by aggregate contract limit from lowest to highest.
Status (Sortable): Sort subcontractors by qualification status from expired to most recent. ADD LINK
1Form Submission (Sortable): Sort by submission date, newest to oldest.
Finance (Non-Sortable): Indicates authorization of financial information (locked/unlocked).
Certifications (Non-Sortable): Displays diversity certifications. Hover over abbreviations to view full names.
Union/Non-Union (Non-Sortable): Indicates union status.
Save and Clear Searches
Save Search:
After applying filters, reload the page to view results and use the "Save as New View" option to save the filtered results as a custom view. Access saved views via the "Search Subcontractors" dropdown.
Clear All:
Clear all applied filters to reset the search.
