A subcontractor profile provides general contractors (GCs) with a comprehensive overview of each subcontractor. This includes essential company details such as:

  • Company Overview

  • CSI Trade Code

  • Contact Information

  • High-level Risk Factors (finance, business, health & safety)

These profiles empower GCs to make faster, better-informed decisions regarding subcontractor risk assessment.

Accessing a Subcontractor Profile

Method 1: Purple Hyperlink

You can access a subcontractor profile by clicking the purple hyperlinked company name in either the Qualification Management Table or the Subcontractor Search Table. This action opens the profile directly.

Method 2: Search Bar

Alternatively, use the main search bar at the top of the page. Select “Search for Subcontractors,” and as you type, a dropdown list will appear. Click on the subcontractor’s name to navigate to their profile.

Note: If the subcontractor is not listed, you can invite them to qualify by clicking the purple box. For more information, visit: https://intercom.help/compass-app/en/articles/7216497-inviting-a-subcontractor-to-qualify
