Once the request has completed all stages in the assigned Project Approval Flow. The final review on each request becomes the outcome of the completed request. There are 4 possible outcomes:

If the request is cancelled before completion, the outcome seen in the closed requests tab will be Cancelled.

Closed requests can be found on the left hand side right under the Project Approval Requests title. This page provides all the requests that have completed all stages of the workflow approval process or that have been cancelled.

The My Requests filter will filter in all closed requests where the user has performed at least one of the following actions:

The last stage's outcome will be displayed in the Closed Requests Outcome column.
