Remember, before you can pay for your child’s subscription, you will need to have already added the child to your account.
If your child does NOT have an account with their school
If your child is new to TUTOR and does not have an account with their school, please follow the steps below, or watch the video, to create a subscription for them.
Login to your TUTOR account.
On the Children page, click the Manage Children button.
On the screen that pops-up, press Continue with selections.
Toggle the TUTOR Access button, so that it turns green.
Press Review.
Enter your payment details and press Confirm subscription.
If your child DOES have an account with their school
If your child has an account on TUTOR with their school, please follow the steps below, or watch the video, to create either a School Sponsored or School Discount subscription, depending on the agreement between you and your child’s school.
Login to your TUTOR account.
On the Children page, click the Manage Children button.
Toggle the button next to Link Existing Account, so that it turns green.
Enter the Pupil Token that your child has. [Select the How do I find this? hyperlink if you do not know where to find your child’s Pupil Token.]
Press Continue with selections.
From the drop down list under Plan select the subscription package that has been agreed with your school, either School Sponsored or School Discount.
Press Review.
If your child has a School Discount package, enter your payment details and press Confirm subscription.
Linking your child's school account to your account
If your child has an account with their school, and you are not sure how to link your child to your account, please see this guide.
If you are already paying for one child, and add an additional child/ children later
Login to your TUTOR account.
On the Children page, click the Manage Children button.
Select Manage Subscription from the drop-down list.
Follow the relevant payment steps from above, depending if this additional child has an account with their school, or not.
