To include an Incident Report PDF with initial or forwarded notifications, follow these steps.
Make sure you have enabled Allow PDF Forwarding before you start. Please refer to the article Allow PDF Forwarding (Incident Report) for more information.
Send an Incident Report PDF via the Notify Modal
Send initial incident notifications instantly using the Notify button.
Users with Incident add/edit access can see the Notify button, provided Hide the Notify Button is disabled.
1. After adding an Incident (refer to Adding an Incident), select Notify (or Finish and then Notify β refer to Sending Incident Notifications).
2. The Notify modal will appear. Select Attach PDF Report and then select Send to dispatch the initial notification with the attachment to Notification Managers, Staff, External Users, or additional email recipients.
3. The Notify button changes to Notified after sending the notification.

Forward incident report notifications to additional recipients.
You must have the Create, View & Edit Incidents (Incident RW) permissions to send Incident Report PDFs via the Forward modal.
1. Here are methods to send Incident Report PDFs via the Forward modal:
a. Incident > Reports > Forward
Notification Managers can forward Incident Notification alerts to other Notification Groups.
b. Incidents > Actions > Edit > Continue > Finish > Forward
c. Incidents > Actions > View > Notification History > Forward
2. Selecting the Forward button will direct you to the Forward Alert modal.
3. To include the PDF report, select the Attach PDF Report checkbox option. Otherwise, the PDF won't be attached. Then, select Forward Alert.
4. A success toast notification will be displayed.
You have the ability to forward the notification once the Incident has been completed, if:
i. you are a Notification Manager assigned to the triggered Notification Group within an Incident
ii. the Incident Notification Bypass Notification Manager is set to NO
