Overview
The Plant Settings tab in Account Settings allows you to configure organisation-wide settings for managing plant items and vehicles in your ComplyFlow account. These settings control how plant and vehicle records are tracked, inspected, and reported across your organisation.
This tab is available to users with Edit Organisation Details permission or Super User access.
Accessing Plant & Vehicle Settings
1. Log into your ComplyFlow account.
2. Select your profile icon (top-right corner) > Account Settings.
3. Select the Plant Settings tab in the Account Settings section.

Enable Shared Devices for Plant Inspections? - Shared Device account will enable users compliant for each Plant Category to complete Inspections (see
Ensure the Plant & Vehicles module is active for your organisation. If Plant & Vehicles module is not visible, contact your ComplyFlow administrator or support@complyflow.com.au to enable it.
Updating Plant & Vehicle Settings
1. Navigate to the Plant & Vehicle Settings tab.
2. Adjust the settings as required. A pop up notification will appear to confirm changes.
3. Select Save.

Configure your plant inspection settings to align with your organisation's safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Review plant settings periodically, especially when adding new types of plant or vehicles to your fleet.
