The Comply26 system automatically generates partially complete Corrective Action Reports if an inspection notes a corrective action item (e.g. Initial Install, Re - Install, Replace).
The platform prompts the reporting inspector to complete or update a Corrective Action Report after submitting the inspection report, and all active users will be prompted to finalize a Corrective Action Report after closing a corrective action item.
CREATE A NEW CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT (CAR)
New CARs are generated automatically by a triggering Inspection Report. Manually CARs are not available at this time.
COMPLETE A DRAFT CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT
Go to the Project's Profile.
Select the Corrective Action Report tab on the left - hand side.
Select the date for which the CAR was first identified.
The status will show a green check mark if the CAQR is complete, and a red 'No' if it is incomplete.
Select ‘Complete’ at the bottom of the form to unlock the fields.
Complete any remaining fields. The system will indicate if a required field is incomplete prior to saving.
Select ‘Save Final’
