The Comply26 system automatically generates partially complete Corrective Action Reports if an inspection notes a corrective action item (e.g. Initial Install, Re - Install, Replace).

The platform prompts the reporting inspector to complete or update a Corrective Action Report after submitting the inspection report, and all active users will be prompted to finalize a Corrective Action Report after closing a corrective action item.

CREATE A NEW CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT (CAR)

New CARs are generated automatically by a triggering Inspection Report. Manually CARs are not available at this time.

COMPLETE A DRAFT CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT

  1. Go to the Project's Profile.

  2. Select the Corrective Action Report tab on the left - hand side.

  3. Select the date for which the CAR was first identified.

    1. The status will show a green check mark if the CAQR is complete, and a red 'No' if it is incomplete.

  4. Select ‘Complete’ at the bottom of the form to unlock the fields.

  5. Complete any remaining fields. The system will indicate if a required field is incomplete prior to saving.

  6. Select ‘Save Final’

If you are unsure what information is necessary to complete the Corrective Action Report, we recommend reviewing the current Construction General Permit or regulating authority's requirements for insight. You may also refer to your project SWPPP/SWMP/SWP3 or project administrator.
