Guided Walkthrough (English/Spanish):
STEP 1- Open the ConciergePad Mobile App.
STEP 2- Sign in to the app.
STEP 3- Tap the arrow next to your child's school.
STEP 4- Tap the arrow next to the student's name.
STEP 5- Open the dropdown menu.
STEP 6- Scroll down to make your selection, then tap Next.
STEP 7- Tap to open the calendar.
STEP 8- Scroll to the date of the absence, then select Confirm.
STEP 9- Select Next.
STEP 10- You can add comments here (optional).
STEP 11- Select Submit Request.
