How Parents Create A Mobile ID Card For Check-In and Dismissal

Creating a Mobile ID in the Parent App to interact with the iPad at the school's front desk or security kiosk.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have an account on the ConciergePad Mobile (Parent) App.

Please note- If you're using the app ONLY to show your Mobile ID at the front desk, you don't need to link your students or enter a business code. Just log in, and your mobile ID will be ready to use for check-in.

STEP 1- Sign in to your account on the Mobile Parent App.

STEP 2- Click on My ID.

STEP 3- Fill out your information and click Add to Profile, then select Ok.

STEP 4- You will have the option “Check-in” as a visitor or perform an Early Release using the “Badge Status” toggle options. You can now use the QR Codes simply scan the codes by passing them over the ConciergePad iPad screen at your school.

To retake your photograph for your ID scroll to the bottom of the My ID screen and click "Remove Badge".
