Subject: Introducing ConciergePad Parent App for Attendance
Dear Families,
Our school uses the ConciergePad Mobile App to help families manage attendance related updates.
Through the app, parents and guardians can report an absence, notify the school of a late arrival, request an early dismissal, and complete other attendance actions available through our school.
When creating your account, you must use the same email address listed for you in our school records. This is how the app connects your account to your child. If you register with a different email address, your child may not appear in the app.

For instructions on reporting absences, late arrivals, early dismissals, and other attendance actions, visit the ConciergePad Help Center's Attendance section.
If your child does not appear in the app, please confirm that you registered with the same email address listed in our school records. For help verifying the email address on file, please contact the school office.
