Making Absence Changes in the App

IMPORTANT - Please sign in with the email that you registered your student with at the school.

STEP 1- Click on the icon for the ConciergePad Parent App on your smartphone. It is the light green version of the app with the black lightning bolt. See photo below:

STEP 2- Make sure the screen looks similar to the screen below and login using your name and password.

STEP 3- Locate your school and click on the appropriate logo and school name.

Please note that if you registered with the email that you provide the school with in as an emergency contact, the school and related students should already be in your profile.

STEP 4- Click on the blue View button like illustrated below to enter the student's profile.

STEP 5- Select or update the date and time of when the student will be absent from school. This will allow admin to be informed of the early release ahead of time.

STEP 6- Next select the Absent option from the select dropdown like shown below. Please note that you can also select reasons or comments for the absence. The comments dropdown is optional.

STEP 7- Once you have reviewed all the data and the information is correct, please click on the green Send Action button like shown below. You will be prompted to make sure you indeed want to issue the absence before submitting.

OPERATIONAL IMPACT

The student will be marked as absent to all daily classes.
