If you're having issues linking your bank account with our credential-based connection, there's also an option to add your bank account manually with account and routing numbers. If you choose this path, we'll send one deposit of $0.01 into your account in about one business day. Let's get started!

Step 1: Add Bank Account Details

  1. To get started, visit your User Settings and open up your list of Bank Accounts.

  2. From here, tap Add Bank Account and select Manual.

  3. Complete the remainder of the fields to begin your micro-deposit authentication with your bank account.

Step 2: Verify the bank account

  1. Now you'll need to wait about a day for the micro-deposit to post to your bank account. We'll send you reminders to check after a day or so. Once the micro-deposits show in your bank account, you can complete the verification on your bank account.

  2. Visit your User Settings, then Bank Accounts. Find the bank account in the list and tap the Verify button to start the micro-deposit verification workflow.

  3. Look for a $0.01 deposit in your bank account. Enter the 3-letter code and continue. (Your code is the first 3 letters after the #) Once you have completed this, your bank account should now be verified. πŸ‘

  4. (Optional) You can set this new bank account as your default if you already have a pre-existing bank account.
