If you're having issues linking your bank account with our credential-based connection, there's also an option to add your bank account manually with account and routing numbers. If you choose this path, we'll send one deposit of $0.01 into your account in about one business day. Let's get started!
Step 1: Add Bank Account Details
To get started, visit your User Settings and open up your list of Bank Accounts.
From here, tap Add Bank Account and select Manual.
Complete the remainder of the fields to begin your micro-deposit authentication with your bank account.
Step 2: Verify the bank account
To complete the verification process, please follow these simple instructions:
1. Log back into the app.
2. Once you return to the Concreit app, visit the Bank Accounts screen.
3. Tap the button to enter the verification code.
4. Once you have completed the process, please let us know so we can get your investment started.
