What fees does Concreit charge?

We keep our pricing simple at Concreit. Depending on your account balance, this is how you'll be charged:

Less than $5,000

$5,000 or more

Flat $5 per month

1.0% annual fee

How are fees collected?

Balances less than $5,000

The $5 flat monthly fee is charged to your default bank account and will be used to cover your share of the underlying asset management fees. This will allow your investment balance to grow and compound faster.

Balances of $5,000 or more

The 1.0% annual fee is assessed at the underlying investment level and charged to the fund. A balance of $5,000 or more must be maintained.

When and how are fees assessed?

All fees are assessed monthly. For example, on January 15th we assess fees based on your ending account balance on January 14th.

How do rewards affect my fees?

We are working on building our rewards system to give all investors the ability to cover any fees that our platform may assess. Currently, your rewards will be used to boost payouts.
