Why the Master Inventory Sets to ZERO
The system automatically forces the bundle master inventory to ZERO if any single component assigned to the bundle is oversold (i.e., its inventory level falls below 0).
Even if all other components have ample stock, a single negative-stock component prevents the full bundle from being assembled. To prevent unfulfillable orders across your sales channels, the system automatically locks the master bundle quantity at zero.
How to Resolve the Issue
If your bundle master inventory unexpectedly turns to zero:
Check Component Stock: Click the Edit Inventory to access the Bulk Editor. How to use Bulk Editor?
Identify the Negative Stock: Look for any component displaying a negative inventory balance or oversold state.
Restock or Adjust: Update the inventory counts for the oversold component(s) to a positive number after restock.
Wait for System Sync: Allow up to 10 minutes for the auto-calculation cycle to run and automatically restore the bundle master stock.
