Why I see the error showing "The page doesn't exists" ?

Please see below common reasons for the app return ""The page doesn't exists"

  1. You are opening the app in Mobile. Please use a notebook/desktop to open the app.

  2. The store owner has not yet approved charge and you (not the store owner) access the app.

  3. If you see this error when launching the Bulk Editor. This happens when a product (or variant) has already been deleted at your online stores. Update your Inventory Group or Bundles and Sets to remove obsolete products (or variants).

    πŸš€ Pro Tips: Sometimes, there are many variants under the bundle set or inventory which is difficult to find out the deleted variants.

    You can compare the variants selected in the inventory group (or bundle set) at Connected Inventory and the number of variants are available for you to edit in Bulk Editor at Shopify.

  • If no. of variants in Shopify is more than that in Connected Inventory, update the missing variants in Connected Inventory or reset the inventory group or Bundle. For Smart Group, remember to Re-Scan after the update.

  • If no. of variants in Shopify is less than that in Connected Inventory, remove the deleted variants in Connected Inventory or reset the inventory group or Bundle. For Smart Group, remember to Re-Scan after the update.
