The Inventory Inspection Report displays all inventory items that require inspection, showing catalog details, lot and serial numbers, custodian information, and inspection schedules.
This report helps you track upcoming inspections and ensure compliance by providing visibility into inspection requirements and due dates across your organization's inventory.
Navigate to the Reports page
Expand the Inventory Section and Click on the Inventory Inspection Report
If required, select specific custodian(s) using the custodian filter
Select the Next Inspection Date Range
Be Sure to click the purple refresh button to apply your filters
To export, Click on the Kabob menu in the upper right corner of the report table titled, "Tile Actions", then select "Download"
Then select the Advanced Settings:
Results: With Visualization options applied
Data Values: Unformatted (no rounding, special characters, etc.)
Number of Rows to Include: All Results
