The Proctoring feature will allow a System Administrator or Administrator to disable a user(s) access to an assessment and/or an assignment. This can be helpful if you want to make an assignment to a user, but not let them begin it until you want them to (such as at a later time, during a certain timeframe or when they are in-person with you).
This feature is only available for the following products:
The Success Profiler
Personal Responsibility
Workplace Readiness
Anger Management
Anxiety Management
Bullying Prevention
Winning Colors

You can disable a user's access to any pre-assessment or post-assessment that has been assigned to them until you choose to enable their access. If your user has any learning modules already assigned (either from already taking the pre-assessment or you've assigned learning modules manually) the users WILL be able to work on the learning modules but will NOT be able to take any assessments (for example, you might want the user to work on the learning modules outside of a class but you only want them take the post-assessment when they are in-person and this would accomplish that).
