NOTE: When unarchiving an account, the account automatically is restored as a "user" account type. If you need a restored account to be an administrator account, change the account type as shown in this article: Change account information for a user or administrator
Unarchive an Individual Account
Select View Accounts.
Make sure you have Archived selected for the account type.
Search for the name or email of the person or find their name in the list and select their name in the list below.
Select Account Details.
Find the Account type drop-down and choose what kind of account you want to restore them too. Select Update personal details when done.
Unarchiving Multiple Accounts at Once
Select View Acocunts.
Make sure you have Archived selected for the account type.
Check the box next to the accounts that you want to restore.
In the Batch Actions bar that appears, choose Unarchive.
Choose OK to unarchive the selected accounts.
