What’s Changing?
When you log in to your portal after May 27, 2026 you will notice the updated eFax® Unite logo and brand colors. This is a visual-only update designed to reflect our integration into the broader eFax® ecosystem of digital transformation tools.
What is NOT Changing?
Functionality: You will continue to have full access to all existing features, workflows, and patient search capabilities.
Direct Messaging: Your Direct Secure address domain remains as is. There is no need to update your address books or notify your outside clinical partners.
Security: Our commitment to HIPAA compliance and HITRUST-level security remains our top priority.
Support: Our support channels and documentation links remain active and available to assist you.
