What if I get stuck and don't know how to proceed?

Support options to assist you

We believe our system is simple and easy to use, but that doesn’t mean you won’t get stuck from time to time. The following support options are currently available in the system:

  • Information Tips: Hover over information icons for more information about a particular feature.

  • Click to Chat: Chat with someone live.

  • Dashboard: Provides Quick Action Buttons for getting your instance configured and optimized for sending and receiving.

  • Get Started Checklist: A list of items every business administrator should do to get their organization up and running quickly.

  • Submit a Ticket: Can’t find what you are looking for? You can always submit a ticket to the Support team through the Support Center.
