How to get help with the system

In App Help

In app you will find informational tips, Learn How messaging, as well as our Click to Chat feature where you can chat with someone live. Click the red and white bubble in the bottom right corner for help!

Submit a Ticket

If you are unable to locate your answer, you can submit a ticket to our support team for assistance.

To submit a ticket, select the “?” in the upper right-hand corner to access the Support Center. Fill out the form. Based on your login credentials, your ticket will automatically be submitted with your name and email address included. Our reply will be emailed to you; please check your junk/spam if you do not see a response. 

Downloads

The Downloads are provided to include tools to be used during your experience. Available downloads are determined by the current subscription plan. It is important to note that once a download has been completed, it will automatically update to ensure the most recent version is communicating with your account.

Desktop
Desktop allows you to create and send new messages from files right at your computer and easily download messages processed in the portal.

About

An About section has been added to the Support Center (? icon). This is located in the lower right corner of the page and displays the Version which may be needed for Meaningful Use attestation. For more information regarding Meaningful Use attestation, click here.
