How to manage passwords

Users will be automatically prompted to change their password every 60 days. Password requirements include:

  • Be at least 12 characters in length.

  • Include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, one number and at least one special character (!@#$%, etc.).

  • A previous password cannot be reused.

Reset Password Options

A user can initiate a password reset from their Account.                                           

  1. Click the Account icon in the upper right-hand corner

  2. Select Reset Password.

  3. A modal will open prompting the user to enter their Old Password, New Password, Confirm Password and Update Password.

  4. Once completed, select Save Changes to close the modal.

A user can contact their administrator for assistance.

  1. The administrator will then navigate to the settings gear and select Users.

  2. Click on the drop-down list for that user.

  3. Select the “Reset Password” option.

  4. The user will receive an email containing a link to reset their password. This option does NOT require a Two-Factor Authentication code to be entered.

A user can initiate a password reset from the Forgot Password? option at the login screen.

  1. At login, click Forgot Password?

  2. Enter the email address used for login to the system.

  3.  The user will receive an email containing a link to reset their password.

  4. They must have a valid Two-Factor Authentication device on file to receive a confirmation code.

  5. Upon entering the code, they will be prompted to reset their password.
