To reset a forgotten password, select the Forgot password? option located under the Password field on the login page.
You will be prompted to enter the email address you use for your login; enter it and select Continue.
Once your request is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to set a new password. Please check your junk/spam if you do not see the email.
Click the link on the email, enter and re-enter a new password, and select Reset Password.
You will receive a confirmation that your password is reset; select Back to Consensus to return to the login screen.
A user can also contact their organization's account administrator for assistance. The administrator will then navigate to the settings gear and select Users. Click on the Edit pencil for that user and select the "Reset Password" option. The user will receive an email containing a link to reset their password.
