In the event that a user who was previously disabled, has returned to their position or for some other reason, needs access to the system again, their user account can be enabled from the Disabled Users list. To do this, please visit Settings > Users or Settings > Network Users.
Select the gear to the right of the User Usage and select Include Disabled.
Search for and select the user whose account needs to be enabled.
Select the drop-down arrow on the far right of that user line.
Select Enable.
