If you use paper-based charts or would like to only print received faxes and Direct messages, navigate to Settings > Intake Download, select the Print Only radio button and click Save Changes to save the Intake Download Configuration.

With this selection, users will not be allowed to electronically save information to their PC or a network drive. Printing is the only option that is allowed.
