Make your cookie banner your own with the consent.studio customization options
This documentation page is slightly out of date. Basically, the same setting exist, however, we have extended them! You now can position your banner and we have renamed the "full" and "none" styling modes. We will update this article soon.
It may take a few minutes before changes to your cookie banner propagate to your website. This is done through caching.
The following settings can be found at Banner>General settings>Styling in the sidebar.

Picking a styling mode
“I want to use the Consent Studio banner template”
The Consent Studio template mode provides you with a colored and neatly styled banner, that comes in both a dark and light mode, depending on your settings.
“I want to write all CSS myself”
This will put a colorless banner on your site without any styling other than some very minimal CSS. This is the bare minimum version of the banner. Advanced users can use this variant to completely style the banner to their own liking.
“I want to write all HTML and CSS myself”

Banner Options
The cookie banner can be adjusted to your preferences by options varying from position on the screen, overlay mode to color palette. These can be adjusted to be fully compatible to your branding and website.
Color palette
Besides the customizable primary color of your cookie banner, the color mode can be adjusted as well. This can be set to be 'Always in light mode', 'Always in dark mode' or 'Decide based on browser settings'.
Checkboxes
You can define which categories you would like to have checked by default General Settings. It is possible to overwrite these settings under "Geographic Rules".
Copywriting
If you would like to overwrite the texts of the banner per language, you are able to do so under Translations.
