This guide will show you how to authenticate and link your Uptick account with CONXTD, allowing you to setup the 'Send to Uptick' integration.
The account you use to link Uptick to CONXTD will need the relevant level of access to create an OAuth App on the Uptick platform. This account will also require access to all the properties in your Uptick account. This is generally an Admin user.
Pre-requisites
Before you get started, you will need to create an OAuth App on your Uptick account - this is the bridge between our 2 systems, that enables us to communicate and send events to one another.

You will also need your Uptick login credentials handy, as we need to verify it is you that is setting up the integration.
Authenticate your Uptick account
To begin, login to your CONXTD account and access your Enterprise. Click on Enterprise Manager in the main menu on the left hand side, and click on Integrations from the tabs at the top of the page.
On the Integrations tab, you'll see all of the Apps available to you on CONXTD. Scroll down until you find Uptick, then click Connect.
Clicking Connect will open up the setup page, where you need to add your Uptick login credentials:
Username/Password
The Username and Password you use to login to Uptick - this means we can verify it's really you creating the integration!
Subdomain
This is the first part of the URL on your Uptick account - this is how Uptick identify your account on their system.
Client ID/Secret
The Client ID and Secret are automatically generated for you when you created the OAuth App on your Uptick account.
By clicking Connect at the bottom of the form, you will have setup the integration between Uptick and Connection.
The next step is either to speak with your ARC to set up the automatic activation email for CONXTD, or continue to linking your Uptick properties to sites in CONXTD.
